Evianna Colvin

Evianna joined the firm in 2024. She grew up in Southern California and witnessed first-hand the life-changing benefits of a powerful union when her father was employed as a longshoreman and became a member of the ILWU.

Evianna studied labor history at California State University of Long Beach and graduated with a B.A. in History in 2020. She attended Lewis & Clark Law School and obtained her J.D. in 2024. During law school, Evianna worked in several positions where she assisted in the representation of workers in a variety of employment-related issues, including workers’ compensation, wage and hour disputes, discrimination complaints, and unfair labor practices. Evianna also served on the board of Lewis & Clark’s Women’s Law Caucus and co-founded the Community Closet Project, a school organization dedicated to providing free professional clothing to low-income students.

Evianna worked as a Law Clerk for TLG before being admitted to the Oregon State Bar. Growing up in a union household and studying labor history led Evianna to a career as a labor attorney.
