Danielle Holmes

Danielle joined the firm as an Associate in 2020 and was made partner effective January 1, 2025. Danielle represents labor unions and their members in both the public and private sectors in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice hearings, bargaining contracts, and representation matters.

Danielle graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2013 with a B.A. in History. After graduating, Danielle served as a long-term substitute teacher in Northern California. While she enjoyed teaching, she felt she could better serve her community by representing and advocating for teachers. Danielle then attended the University of Oregon School of Law and earned her J.D. in May 2018. While a law student, Danielle was the Editor in Chief of the Oregon Review of International Law, a Graduate Teaching Fellow for the Dean of Students Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, and an extern for the Oregon Tax Court. Before joining TLG, Danielle worked as an attorney for a plaintiff-side employment law firm in Sacramento, California, representing teachers in disciplinary, dismissal, and credentialing matters.

Danielle is the current President of the Oregon Labor and Employment Relations Association. She has spoken at multiple conferences, including the Oregon State Bar’s Labor & Employment Boot Camp and the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA).

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys going to the park and the coast with her black lab, Rogue. She is an Oregon Ducks fan and loves attending football games at Autzen Stadium.
