What We Do

We represent labor unions in every aspect of labor relations, including contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice hearings before Oregon’s Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board, administrative hearings on behalf of unions or individual union members, advice and assistance with employment related legal issues, such as wage and hour claims, fitness-for-duty testing and evaluation, and filing and pursuing civil complaints.
